Dare to be happy

Watching Happiness Vlog on “How to be in a Happy State of mind” is a breath of fresh air.

Among all the choices we face every minute of the day, deciding to be happy will help us save our day, lessen our suffering, minimize stress and keep us beautiful.

Happiness is not just a fun place or just an emotion. It is a state of mind. 

Acknowledging sadness, anger and other emotions is half way to a Happy State of mind. Doing something that makes you feel better like exercise, reading, cooking, or just breathing  contributes to being in a Happy State. 

Daring to be happy enables us to explore possibilities to not to be unhappy. It will keep us busy and be distracted from unwanted emotions.
